DARIAH.EU – Digital Research Infrastructure for the Arts and Humanities
In line with the legacy of the Cyberparks Project to intensify the research and experiences on the benefits of new digital technologies in urban and heritage studies, it was proposed in 2018 to DARIAH to set up a new working group on Digital Practices for the Study of Urban Heritage.
In May 2019, during the DARIAH annual event held in Warsaw, the coordination of this working group has been set up. The CeiED researcher Carlos Smaniotto Costa assumed the co-coordination along with colleagues from Cyprus and Italy. The UDigiSH Working Group focuses on the study of Digital Methods and Good Practices of heritage and urban change, impact of urban development on cultural heritage, the identity of the city and the role of civil society.
The Experimental Lab of Education, Space and Memories is the home of UDigiSH Working Group at CeiED.
