The school is one of the legitimate spaces of human emancipation, consolidating the Bit and Cosmopolitan Society. Sustainable balance in interpersonal relationships in schools is indispensable. Organizational culture and climate respond to the educational demands of sustainable development on the planet. In schools interrelated gray areas cause dissatisfaction, prejudice and exclusion. It is intended to contribute to the reflection of the organizational culture of the school as a nuclear ethical structure of the educational-pedagogical process. The principal today leads and consolidates the multicultural curriculum to educational quality, participation, democratization and social cohesion, including the crisis of demographic mobility on the planet, spreading social justice. Thus, the research will be based on the in-depth survey and analysis of comparative education between Brazil and Portugal with the descriptive method, application of surveys of satisfaction and well-being and with the explanatory method in observing the Groupings of Schools objects and foundations to the construction of qualitative hermeneutics. It concludes with a review of the literature and existing empirical work that educational actors and their relationships interfere in the construction of a democratic, tolerant and ethical educational process that is resistant to dissatisfaction, discrimination, xenophobia and social injustice.
