Abstract

The central axis of the study under development is the understanding of the processes of identity construction of teachers and trainers in Vocational Education, from a hermeneutic and phenomenological perspective. Its objective is to know and analyze the professional identities of teachers and trainers who work in Vocational Education. To achieve this goal, the processes of training and recruitment, the professional paths and the meanings that teachers and trainers attribute to their teaching practices will be analyzed. Data collection, in this qualitative study, will be carried out through semi-structured interviews. The data treatment and analysis will be carried out with the support of webQDA - Qualitative Data Analysis Software, with the theoretical foundation of content analysis.
