Biographical note
Brigite Silva has a PhD in the area of Didatics and School Organization at Universidad de Jaén. Advanced Studies Diploma at Universidad de Jaén. Degree in Early Childhood Education at Higher School of Education of Paula Frassinetti. She is professor at Higher School of Education of Paula Frassinetti since 2005.
As a researcher, she participates in national and international projects related to teacher training, the practical training of early childhood educators and teachers in the 1st and 2nd cycle of basic education, the transversal competences of early childhood educators and primary school teachers, to parental involvement. She also participates in a project to strengthen the capacities of the diocesan Catholic preschool education network in Niassa – Mozambique.
