Vítor Alberto Valadas Rosa
Biographical note
Vítor Rosa has a PhD in Physical Education and Sport, Didactics of EFD, from the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport of the Lusófona University of Humanities and Technologies (FEFD-ULHT) (2017), Vítor Rosa is, since 2019, a Full Researcher at the Centre for Interdisciplinary Studies in Education and Development (CeiED). He has completed two Postdoctoral studies: in Sociology, at the Centre for Research and Studies in Sociology (CIES-Iscte) (2020), and in Sports Sciences, at the Research Centre in Sports, Health and Human Development (CIDESD), at the University of Beira Interior (2022). He graduated in Sociology and Tourism, from the University of Évora, and in Social Research, from the Moderna University. He has post-graduate degrees in Public Administration and Regional Development in the Perspective of the European Communities, from the University of Évora, and in Sociology, from ISCTE-IUL, and obtained a Masters in Demography and Sociology of Population, from ISCTE-IUL. He was a lecturer and researcher at Université Paris-Ouest Nanterre La Défense (France), UFR STAPS (Unité de Formation et de Recherche – Sciences et Techniques des Activités Physiques et Sportives (2015-2016), Académie de Versailles (2017-2018) and ULHT (2013-2017). He was also a researcher with FCT scholarship at the Research Centre in Sociology and Anthropology – Augusto da Silva of the University of Évora (2010-2011) and Integrated Researcher and Secretary of the Bureau of the Plenary of Researchers of the Centre for Social Research and Studies (CPES), of ULHT. He is the author of a large number of national and international papers and publications. He collaborates as a scientific and editorial member of several national and international scientific journals and other publications. He has participated in several research projects.
