Margarida Frade Santos

Margarida Frade Santos is a research fellow on the project E depois da pandemia? Recuperação, permanências e mudanças no ensino básico em Portugal (RePeME) at the Center for Interdisciplinary Studies in Education and Development - CeiED at Lusófona University - University Centre of Lisbon.

She has a bachelor and a master's degree in Psychomotor Rehabilitation from the Faculty of Human Kinetics of the University of Lisbon (FMH-UL). She is a doctoral student in Education, specializing in Health Education at FMH-UL. She is a member of the Environmental Health Institute of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Lisbon (ISAMB-FM/UL) and also a member of the European Network for Social and Emotional Competence (ENSEC).

She has professional experience in research, having collaborated and integrated research teams of several projects, namely Erasmus + PROMEHS - Promoting Mental Health at Schools, G.I.F.T.E.D - Games and Inclusion for Teacher Education and ENRETE - Enhancing Resilience Through Teacher Education. She has already co-authored several publications with national and international researchers.

She is a trainer of teachers and other educational professionals, as well as social reintegration technicians in the areas of mental health, socio-emotional skills, behavioral problems and resilience.
