Vitor Duarte Teodoro completed the PhD in Educational Sciences in 2003 (Universidade Nova de Lisboa Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia) and a Bachelor in Physics, educational field in 1978 by (Universidade de Lisboa, Faculdade de Ciências). Vitor is an Associate Professor in Lusófona University and (Retired) in Universidade Nova de Lisboa, Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia.
