Lectures by Cédric Fluckiger and Daniel Bart at the Master's Degree in Teaching Informatics

On the 10th of May, Cédric Fluckiger, Full Professor at the University of Lille and Director of the Théodile team at CIREL - Centre interuniversitaire de recherche en éducation de Lille, France, held an online conference on "Teaching Informatics and Teaching Professionalism: Problems and Challenges" for the students of the Sociology and History of Education Curricular Unit of the Master's Degree in Teaching Informatics, taught by Professors António Teodoro and Teresa Teixeira Lopo.

Earlier, on the 8th of March, the Curricular Unit welcomed Daniel Bart, also a Full Professor at the University of Lille and a researcher at CIREL, who was in Lisbon to participate in the seminar Assessment and Didactics. State of Play and Perspectives, an initiative organised by the OP.Edu - Observatory for Education and Training Policies, in collaboration with the Autonomous Section for General Education and Training of NOVA University of Lisbon - School of Social Sciences and Humanities, in partnership with the António Sérgio Training Centre. Daniel Bart presented and discussed with the students the results of his research on the discourse of PISA - the Programme for International Student Assessment - and the limits it imposes on educational research.
