Biographical note
Assistant professor at the Lusophone University of Humanities and Technologies. PhD in Education (TIC) from the University of Évora. Master of Science in Education (Theme: School Sites) by the Lusófona University of Humanities and Technologies. Post-graduation in Education and S.Públic by ULHT. Specialization in Personal and Social Training (ESE).
Researcher at the Center for Interdisciplinary Studies in Education and Development (CeiED). Member of research teams of projects funded by FCT. Member of the Scientific Committee of various scientific events. He was a member of the Ibero-American Network for Research in Educational Policies (RIAIPE).
Coordinator of the UID -OPECE website and the UID-OPECE Newsletter of the Lusófona University of Humanities and Technologies (2000-2009).
Teaching activity in Basic and Secondary Education. Teacher credited in Information and Communication Technologies. Author of science textbooks (4) for basic education adopted in schools. Author and co-author of national and international ICT projects and of the Sciences that were financed. She was the coordinator and co-author of a project financed by F.C.Gulbenkian in the field of school failure and dropout (2008/2010)
