Felisberto Costa
Felisberto Kiluange Fragoso da Costa holds a Master’s degree in Higher Military Education Management (2012) from the Military Technical Institute in Havana, and aBachelor's degree in Educational Sciences – Pedagogy (2009) from the Higher Instituteof Educational Sciences at Agostinho Neto University. He completed the Senior OfficerPromotion Course in 2016 at the War College – Center for Strategic Studies, as well asthe Course on Learning Assessment (2014) and the International Officer Leadership &Ethics Course (2018) at the Defense Language Institute – Washington Office.
He is currently a PhD candidate in Education at Lusófona University (since 2021) and aresearch fellow in the EDULAB project. He serves as an Assistant at the MilitaryTechnical Higher Institute and as an invited Assistant Lecturer at the Higher Institute ofAngola.
He has published four articles in peer-reviewed journals and authored two bookchapters. He has participated in dozens of academic events and has received two awardsand/or honors. His work focuses on the fields of Social Sciences, with an emphasis onEducational Sciences and the Humanities.

Abstract
The investigation will focus on structure a model of leadership competencies to develop in the formation of the Angolan army officers based on the analysis of the state of the art, articulated with a mixt methodology to look data’s from human resources advisers, from the military formation and from the students.
