The Scientific Director of CeiED, Professor António Teodoro, carried out a working visit to the University Centre of Porto last week, with the aim of strengthening scientific and institutional support for CeiED researchers based at this campus.
This initiative is aligned with the Centre’s Strategic Plan for 2029, reinforcing proximity between the scientific leadership and research teams, as well as promoting participatory and sustainable academic governance practices.
During the visit, working sessions were held focusing on the development and consolidation of researchers’ career plans, in line with institutional requirements and CeiED’s core values, namely scientific excellence, ethics, collaboration, and social responsibility. The initiative also reflected the Centre’s commitment to safeguarding the well-being of its members, recognising that clear, realistic, and well-supported professional pathways are essential to research quality and to the sustainability of academic careers.
