CeiED – the Centre for Interdisciplinary Studies in Education and Development – was a partner in the organisation of the II International Congress on Challenges in Education: Global Challenges and Innovative Solutions, held online on 14 and 15 November 2025.

The congress brought together researchers and professionals from different countries to discuss the global challenges facing contemporary education and to explore innovative solutions in the educational field, within an intensive 12-hour scientific programme.

CeiED’s participation, represented by researcher Louise Lima, reinforces the Centre’s commitment to international scientific cooperation and to the promotion of spaces for reflection and knowledge exchange on emerging educational issues. The conference proceedings will be published by Digicopy FECEM in the volume Proceedings of the II International Congress on Educational Challenges: Global Challenges and Innovative Solutions (ISBN 978-84-129401-8-3), contributing to the dissemination of the knowledge produced and to the scientific impact of the event, in line with CeiED’s mission to foster research with academic relevance and social impact.
