Cristina Sin, researcher at CeiED, was a member of the PhD committee of Antonio Vanni, who defended his thesis at the Centre for Higher Education Internationalisation (CHEI), Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (Milan), on 2 October 2026.

The thesis "Agency for Becoming in the Arts: International Art Students’ Experiences in Higher Education” explored how international art students navigate higher education, exercise their agency and shape their continuous "becoming" as working artists within a cross-cultural academic framework.
