CeiED welcomes new integrated researchers and strengthens its scientific community

CeiED is pleased to announce the integration of new researchers, further strengthening its scientific community and the diversity of research areas it encompasses. The new members include researchers awarded the FCT Individual Scientific Employment Stimulus, such as Luiza Baldan and Marcelo Murta, whose profiles combine academic research, professional practice, and strong engagement with cultural, artistic, and museological contexts. The Centre also welcomes researchers integrated through a collaboration agreement with CIE-UMa (Education Research Centre of the University of Madeira), including Gorete Pereira, Liliana Rodrigues, Nuno Fraga and Sofia Silva, all of whom bring extensive experience in pedagogical innovation, curriculum studies, educational administration, and comparative education.

In addition, CeiED integrates researchers from a wide range of fields within Education and Social Sciences, including Alexandra Aníbal, Jacinto Serrão, Luzia Lima-Rodrigues, Maria João Horta and Pedro Jesus, whose careers are marked by the articulation of research, public policy, advanced training, and educational intervention. Through these new integrations, CeiED reaffirms its commitment to interdisciplinary research, interinstitutional collaboration, and scientific and social impact, consolidating its position as a leading research centre in education, pedagogical innovation, and human development.
