COCAG COST Action has opened 2 calls: Grant Awards and to the 13th ECADOC Summer School

The COCAG (Critical Perspectives on Career and Career Guidance) COST Action has launched two open calls:

2026 COCAG Grant Awards

There are five types of grants available:

  • Short Term Scientific Mission Grants (STSMG)
  • Dissemination Conference Grants (DCG)
  • Young Researchers and Innovators (YRI) Conference Grants
  • ITC Conference Grants
  • Virtual Mobility Grants

The call will run through the year until June 1st 2026, with intermediary deadlines on December 12th 2025, February 2nd 2026, March 16th 2026, June 1st 2026. Applications will be assessed on these dates, and applicants will be notified within two weeks after the intermediary deadlines.

13th ECADOC Summer School

The 13th ECADOC Summer School for doctoral students in career guidance and counselling will be held in Dublin, Ireland from 17th to 21st August 2026 inclusive.

The Summer School will be hosted by Associate Professor Conor McGuckin, Director of the Trinity Centre for People with Intellectual Disabilities, School of Education, Trinity College Dublin. The programme consists of readings, keynote presentations, collective academic supervision, reflections on a research career, and international collaboration.

Applications

  • Are eligible to apply current doctoral students in Career Guidance and Counselling or in a closely related.
  • Participants will be selected based on the relevance of their research, quality of their proposal and motivation to take part.

The Summer School will be conducted in English and take place over five days. Participants will be expected to actively participate across the five-day programme.
