Promoting safer and more inclusive schools through the prevention of gender-based violence grounded in scientific evidence is the aim of the European project TeachXevidence, led by CREA – University of Barcelona (CERV-2022-DAPHNE Ref. 101096234) and funded by the European Commission.
The project, which includes the participation of researcher Louise Lima (postdoctoral fellow at CeiED), has organised three free webinars, developed based on the latest research on gender-based violence prevention. The content is available online on the UNED portal: https://canal.uned.es/series/672bcbc8533878bb050276b5.
The TeachXevidence consortium brings together several European institutions: University of Barcelona, UNED, Agrupamento de Escolas Marinha Grande Poente, University of Porto, Hvidovre Ungdomsskole (Denmark) and IRIS-AEBE – Associació per l’Educació Basada en Evidències.
The project stands out for promoting evidence-based educational interventions, with direct impact on the creation of fairer, more inclusive, and violence-free school environments.
