The second cycle (Master’s) in Cognitive Science and Education, offered by the Faculty of Social Sciences,

Education and Administration and the School of Psychology and Life Sciences, is an interdisciplinary program structured around the interaction between knowledge from Cognitive Science and Education, with a focus on the cognitive mechanisms that support learning in school contexts.

The study program aims to respond to today’s challenging educational landscape, which requires teachers, researchers, managers, and policymakers to develop new knowledge and competencies that enable the advancement of the education system and society. These include the capacity for reflection, research, and action grounded in complex thinking, as well as the ability to transcend the barriers of disciplinary boundaries.
