The 19th European Conference on Management, Leadership and Governance, organised by Academic Conferences International (ACI), took place on 23 and 24 November at Bayes Business School, University of London, London City, with participants from more than 40 countries on all continents. 

The event discussed a range of issues related to leadership, management and their relationship with governance processes, with a focus on Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Defence.

Felisberto Kiluange Costa, a doctoral student from Angola's Instituto Superior Técnico Militar and CeiED, presented an oral paper entitled Mapping Military Leadership Competencies: Systematic Literature Review. In it, co-authored with his supervisor, Professor José Rouco, he presented the authors' different approaches to the subject, taken as theoretical lenses for future empirical studies to be analysed as part of his PhD research project.

After double-blind peer review, the full papers approved for presentation at the conference were published in the Conference Proceedings and indexed on WoS, Scopus and other platforms.
