Universidade Lusófona de Cabo Verde (ULCV) celebrated a significant milestone with the approval and accreditation of its first doctoral course by the Higher Education Regulatory Agency (ARES) on June 19, 2024.

ULCV's Doctorate in Education covers four key research areas for Cape Verde and is set to begin in the 2024/25 academic year.

The Rector of ULCV, Professor Carlos Alberto Delgado, considers this event a milestone for higher education in the country, providing new opportunities for research and academic development for the Cape Verdean community.
