Museu de Tiflologia de Castelo de Vide: Educational Resources for Inclusion and Citizenship

The pilot project intends to prepare the educational material for the Museu de Tiflologia long-term exhibition, in order to articulate the activities developed with the process of creating an Ibero-American network of typhlology and museum education.

The project will be developed in a participatory manner, through workshops with teachers and students from schools and organizations associated with the teaching of typhlology and networks of local schools, consortium partners and interested local communities, articulating elements of formal and informal education.

The main objective of the project is to promote cultural accessibility and typhlology in Ibero-American museums through the development of educational materials.

The project was awarded within the scope of the 12th Ibermuseums Education Award.
