Marcelle holds a PhD in Educational Sciences from Universidade Lusófona, Lisbon – Portugal. She also holds a Master’s degree in Production Engineering with research and a published work on stakeholder engagement for the development of environmental strategies (UFRN), a postgraduate specialization in Strategic People Management (UFRN) with an emphasis on organizational culture development, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (UnP).

With 20 years of professional experience, she has led teams in the implementation of strategic projects in public institutions and private companies across various sectors. She is a researcher in the interdisciplinary field, focusing on Education, Organizational Behavior, Innovation, and Business Management.

Marcelle is also a consultant with strong skills in facilitating participatory group processes and implementing organizational modernization projects. She has taught undergraduate and graduate classes at both public and private universities.

From 2017 to 2018, she served as Vice-Rector for Academic Undergraduate Affairs, and in 2019, she held the position of Rector at Universidade Santa Úrsula. She is currently a Researcher and Professor in the Postgraduate Program in Development and Peripheries (PPGDESP), and a collaborator in the Professional Master's in Work Management for the Quality of the Built Environment (MPGTCAQ) at this Institution.
