Rita Fidalgo
Rita Fidalgo has a degree in Basic Education and a master's degree in Pre-School Education and Primary Education from Escola Superior de Educação de Paula Frassinetti (ESEPF). She is currently completing a Master's degree in Education Sciences, in the area of Pedagogical Supervision and Teacher Education, at Universidade Lusófona, where she is deepening her interest in critical reflection on educational practices, pedagogical support, and teachers’ professional development.
She works as a primary school teacher and is a research grant holder in the European Project EDU-LAB– European Youth in Education and in Transition to the Labour Market –, which focuses on educational pathways and young people’s transitions into the labour market.
She has participated in national and international scientific conferences and is the author of a published article, as well as a work of children's literature.
Her main interests include pedagogical supervision, teacher education, the improvement of educational practices, and the promotion of meaningful learning.
