CeiED Doctoral Candidate Leads Teacher Training Course

Susana Oliveira,  a doctoral researcher at CeiED, is leading the training course “Photovoice and Fragmented Writing as a Reflection Process for Teachers”, aimed at teachers in Lower Secondary (3rd Cycle of Basic Education) and Upper Secondary Education. The initiative offers an innovative approach to professional development, combining visual practices and reflective writing as tools for critical analysis of teaching experiences, teacher identities, and contemporary educational contexts.

The training will take place on 7 and 21 March 2026, from 15:00 to 18:00, at Lusofona University – Lisbon University Centre, amounting to12 hours of accredited professional development through the relevant Teacher Training Centre.

Integrated within a doctoral research project in Education funded by the Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT), this initiative reinforces CeiED’s commitment to critical and creative professional learning grounded in research, contributing to the enhancement of teacher reflection and pedagogical innovation.
