On July 23, the project The Importance of Green Infrastructure and Physical Activity in Pandemic Times – verDEsporto, held the 1st Collaborative Workshop via ZOOM.

With the participation of Dr. Paulo Adrego, President of the Parish Council of Cacém and São Marcos, architect Carlos Casimiro Pereira, President of the Parish Council of Agualva and Mira Sintra, architect José Manuel Pedreirinho, Vice-President of the International Council of Portuguese-speaking Architects and coordinator of the Thematic Commission on Environment, City and Territories of the CPLP, representative of the Secretary of State for Youth and Sport, Dr. Paulo Rocha, from the Portuguese Institute for Sport, and the representative of the Portuguese Ministry for Youth and Sport, Dr. Paulo Rocha, from the Portuguese Institute for Sport. Paulo Rocha from the Portuguese Institute for Sport and Youth, Dr. Rodrigo Ramalho Director of the Department of Education and Physical Activity of the Torres Vedras City Hall, as well as civil servants, researchers, and others interested in the subject (national and international).

The initiative was attended by about 30 participants, where the research proposal was discussed and the instruments to be used in the investigation of the Domingos Jardo Linear Park were assessed.
