Cadernos de Sociomuseologia is now included in the “Scopus” database

Cadernos de Sociomuseologia is now included in the “Scopus” database, one of the largest platforms for indexing and citation of scientific literature in the world. From now on, the articles published in this journal will be more easily accessible and widely disseminated, contributing to a greater visibility and international recognition of sociomuseological publications.

Cadernos de Sociomuseologia, an open access scientific journal promoted by CeiED’s Sociomuseology Department, specialized in the area of museological and heritage studies, has been a reference for researchers and professionals in the areas of museology, cultural heritage and cultural tourism, with the publication of high quality articles, critical analyses and case studies.

The inclusion of Cadernos de Sociomuseologia in the Scopus database, which includes more than 70 thousand scientific journal titles, reinforces the quality of its content and its fundamental role in promoting dialogue and reflection on museological and heritage issues.
