CeiED’s researcher in a research stay at CIREL – University of Lille

The researcher Teresa Teixeira Lopo spent a one-week research stay (4 to 8 April) at CIREL – Centre interuniversitaire de recherche en éducation de Lille, research unit of the University of Lille, one of the most important French ULR (unité labellisée de recherché) dedicated to research and intervention in the fields of education and training.

During the visit, supported by the ERASMUS + mobility programme of Universidade Lusófona, Teresa Teixeira Lopo worked with the researchers of the Théodile team, Daniel Bart and Bertrand Daunay, in the development of her post-doctoral project and in the drafting of a cooperation agenda, which will include the joint development of research, publication and scientific communication activities, which will be maintained, in particular with OP. Edu – Observatory of Education and Training Policies, to whose direction the researcher was recently appointed.

The researcher also participated in the seminar L’évaluation PISA: questions, enjeux et débats internationaux, with the paper PISA and “PISA for development”: deux programmes, un même discours? This seminar, aimed to analyse and discuss key issues that a large-scale international assessment such as PISA – Programme for International Student Assessment presents to research, considering its role in the production of cyclical results on school systems, and in the transmission and construction of a particular conception of research in education, brought together researchers Juliana Alves Assis (PUC Minas, Brazil), Régis Malet (LACES, Université de Bordeaux, France), Tiane Donahue (Darmouth College, United States), Éric Roditi (EDA, Université de Paris, France), Daniel Bart (Théodile-CIREL, Université de Lille, France) and Bertrand Daunay (Théodile-CIREL, Université de Lille, France).
