On 13 December, the independent commission appointed by MCTES with the aim of evaluating the application of the Legal Regime of Higher Education Institutions (RJIES, Law no. 67/2007) released the results of its work, which took place over almost a year.

Chaired by Professor Alberto Amaral, the commission highlights in its report the main conclusions, which resulted from a public consultation with various interested entities, public and private, and from studies and analyses already carried out on this matter.
