Indicators of Inclusion and Equity in School Clusters: the assessment of Principals and Middle Leaders

The PhD student in Education Maria Adelina Manuel, from ULHT, published the article “Indicators of Inclusion and Equity in School Groups: the appreciation of Directors and Intermediate Leaders” in the Medi@ções magazine, from the Escola Superior de Educação do Instituto Politécnico de Setúbal, in co-authorship with Luzia Lima-Rodrigues.

This article was written based on the dissertation carried out within the scope of the masters in management and Administration of Schools of the Instituto Politécnico de Setúbal, aiming to contribute to the study of the levels of inclusion and equity of two Groups of Schools in the District of Setúbal, from the perspective of directors and intermediate leaders.
