National Arts Plan Seminar

On 1st February, the National Arts Plan Seminar took place. This seminar had as objectives the dissemination, debate and sharing of experiences regarding this important instrument for the teaching of arts and the educational system in general. It was attended by the project commissioner Paulo Pires do Vale and its coordinators Maria Emanuel Albergaria and Maria João Tudela.

The session was attended by 65 people.

Paulo Pires do Vale, National Commissioner, presented the National Plan for the Arts, in a very interesting and inspiring way, doing justice to the plan which, due to its scope, transversality, implications for the community in the scope of education and culture, is presented as being of the utmost relevance.

Commissioner Maria João Tudela reported on the practical application of the plan, which already has the adhesion of 169 schools throughout the country. There was a period of interventions and requests for clarification from the participants.

The feedback from the audience was very positive. The direction of the master degree expressed their interest and commitment to collaborate in this Plan, so a future meeting will be scheduled, in the scope of the participation of Higher Education in this plan.
