The role of mentoring in the development of leadership skills in the education of students in the angolan armed forces

The book of proceedings of the 34th International Congress of SIPS (Sociedad Iberoamericana de Pedagogia Social) and the 10th International Conference on Intercultural Mediation and Social Intervention – ”Social Pedagogy and Intercultural Mediation: Theory and Practice in Socioeducational Intervention”, which took place at the Polytechnic Institute of Leiria, between the 20th and 21st of October last year, has been published.

At the event, the Lusófona University doctoral students Felisberto Kiluange Costa, Paula Oliveira and Sofia Clemente presented papers within the framework of their ongoing research, namely on the Role of mentoring in the development of leadership skills for Officers of the Angolan Armed Forces, The difficulties that nurses face as student mentors in the work context in a practical community and Practices for an inclusive education: Learning communities and academic success for all.
