João Gouveia
João Gouveia is a Professor at the School of Education (ESE) Paula Frassinetti, at the Polytechnic Institute of Management and Technology, and at the School of Industrial Studies and Management (Human Resources Management), in Porto. He is a researcher in areas such as evaluation, education, training management, entrepreneurship, foresight, and human resources management. He is a Member of the Executive Committee of the Master's Degree in Pedagogical Supervision at ESE Paula Frassinetti.
João is also a trainer in the fields of education, foresight, training management, and human resources management in various national and international organizations. He was the Coordinator of the Postgraduate Course in Administration and Management of Educational Institutions at ESE Paula Frassinetti and the Coordinator of the Postgraduate Course in Training Management at ISLA – Gaia.
He is a Consultant for organizations (both non-profit and for-profit) in the areas of training management, performance evaluation, and strategic planning.
