On January 16 and 17, 2025, the University of Minho in Portugal hosted the 2025 EUA-CDE Thematic Workshop (European University Association - Council for Doctoral Education),

bringing together experts, academics, and representatives from higher education institutions to discuss the promotion of equity, diversity, and inclusion in doctoral education.

The event was attended by participants from various institutions, including PhD candidate in Sociomuseology, Nathália Pamio Luiz and the investigators Carla Galego and Lucimar Dantas. During the workshop, innovative strategies and practices were discussed to improve accessibility and representation in the context of doctoral training.

This initiative highlights EUA-CDE's commitment to advancing excellence in higher education and fostering a fairer and more inclusive academic environment.
