ReMASE project’ researchers are Guest Editors in the journal Education Sciences (Scopus)
Professor João Filipe Matos, coordinator of the project Research Methods in Advanced Studies in Education (ReMASE) and Professor João Piedade, member of the research team of the same project, are guest editors of a Special Issue of the journal Education Sciences (https://www.mdpi.com/journal/education). The Special Issue belongs to the Curriculum and Instruction section and is entitled ‘Teaching Research Methods in Education‘.
This Special Issue is focused on teaching research methodologies in education, the scope of the ReMASE project. It aims to bring together contributions from researchers with different backgrounds and pedagogical cultures, as well as different traditions in research. The editors invite the submission of contributions that emphasize the pedagogical and methodological dimension of teaching research methodologies, with the following topics as possible orientations: methodologies and research methods in education; new trends in research methodologies in education; research methods in initial teacher training: e-research; technological learning in research methodologies.
