COVID19 Survey Guidelines
The return to face-to-face activity on campus is scheduled for 19 April, as determined in the strategy for the lifting of the containment measures by the RCM no. 19/2021, of 13 March, which also establishes the preparation of a screening to the whole academic community (teaching and non-teaching staff and students).

The book “A Cultura da Repetência” (“The Grade Retention Culture”, Appris Editor), written by the anthropologist Maria de Lourdes Sá Earp has been published. This book is the result of her doctoral thesis research carried out in public schools in the city of Rio de Janeiro. The research describes the grade retention culture, present in the philosophy of Brazilian education since its development in the late 1980s until school practices and representations nowadays.
Publication with contributions from several CeiED researchers
The book Transferencia, Transnacionalización Y Transformación De Las Policias Educativas (1945-2018) was published, edited by Mariano González-Delgado, Manuel Ferraz Lorenzo and Cristian Machado-Trujillo. The book aims to reflect on the importance of international organizations in the processes of modernization and transformation of national educational policies from the end of World War II to the present.
CeiED participated in the XI Portuguese Congress of Sociology
From March 29 to 31, in an online format, the XI Portuguese Congress of Sociology was held with the title Heated Identities: Differences, Belonging, and Populisms in an Effervescent World and under the local organization of ESPP/ISCTE-IUL and ICS-UL.
