Doctoral students in Education win international mobility scholarship
The doctoral students in Education Kátia Caroline Ferreira and Rosiméria Carvalho both won an Erasmus+ international mobility scholarship for students made available by Lusófona University through the Vice-Rectory for International Relations. The two students will go abroad for 3 months, to the University of Valencia, in Spain, and they will use this time to complete their European Doctorate internship.
Researcher Vítor Rosa attends two congresses
Vítor Rosa participated in the XVI SIEFLAS 2021: International Seminar on Physical Education, Leisure and Health – Understand, Intervene, Transform (11-13 November), promoted by the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Madeira, with a communication on doping in sport: between individual guilt and collective responsibility.
Project “Artists, Heritage and the Museological Device”
“Artists, Heritage and the Museological Device” Coordinated by Marta Jecu the project is being integrated into the France-Portugal Season and gains funding. From February to October 2022, the Portugal-France Season represents a high-level bilateral diplomatic initiative, which aims to deepen the cultural relationship between Portugal and France. CeiED receives the official seal of the Season, as a partner of the Portuguese and French commissioners.
Artista Professor Artista Talks
Last Friday, November 12th, the first Artista Professor Artista Talk took place, which around 40 people attended. This event is the first of a Cycle promoted by the Master in Arts Teaching (CeIED/COW) intended to share experiences and reflect on the articulation of artistic practice with teaching.

Research Seminar in Urban Planning
The second Research Seminar in Urban Planning in 2021 has been organised on 8 November in celebration of World Urbanism Day. The online event brought together researchers, academics and students from Angola, Brazil, Iran, Portugal and Spain to share experiences on spatial planning.
