1st Cycle of Short-Term Actions
The 1st Cycle of Short Duration Actions promoted by the Master in Educational Sciences of Lusófona University will have 4 sessions dedicated to structuring themes to think the School and reconfigure the pedagogical practices. The meetings, lasting 3 hours, will be online and require registration.

The Research and Learning Community “Nucleus for African Studies: Education and Society”, of the Center for Interdisciplinary Studies in Education and Development, of Lusófona University (CeiED|ULusofona|ReLeCo NEA-ES), held on January 24, 2023, through a zoom platform, the Open Class: “Education in Africa: the importance of information sources and statistical data for studies in Sociology of Education”, delivered by the Coordinating Researcher of NEA-ES/CeiED, Professor Arlinda Cabral.
Visit of Dr. Edgar Pereira (CERCICA) and directors of French special education institutions to Universidade Lusófona
On February 8, CeiED researchers, Maria Odete Emygdio da Silva and Rosa Serradas Duarte, received Dr. Edgar Pereira, Technical Coordinator of Professional Training at CERCICA, and 10 directors of French special education institutions who attend the “Inclusive Practices-disability-accessibility-support” master’s degree at INS-HEA (Paris), under the ERASMUS+ project.
Participation in mobility to Cyprus – Erasmus+: MARKA Project – Innovation and Inclusion in the construction of an identity curriculum
Within the scope of the Erasmus + Program “Innovation and Inclusion in the Construction of an Identity Curriculum”, the postdoctoral researcher Louise Lima was in mobility in Nicosia, Cyprus, between January 23 and 27, 2023, entitled “Cultural Heritage: cultural diversity in the construction of an identity curriculum”. The host school was Agioi Omologites Primary School KB and was attended by teams from the countries of Portugal, Italy, Estonia and Portugal.
Series of Conversations Artist Teacher Artist
On February 28th, at 18h30, at the Professor José Araújo Auditorium, a new edition of the Cycle of Conversations Artist Teacher Artist will take place, promoted by the Master in Arts Education and organized by CeiED. It will be open to all and will focus on the articulation of artistic practice with arts education.
Call for FCT Doctoral Scholarships
FCT has published the Notice of Call for PhD Research Grants in all Scientific Domains 2023. The call will be open from 1 March until 17h00 (Lisbon time) on 31 March 2023.
