Last 26th January, an interview with Professor António Teodoro, PhD, on the lack and ageing of teachers was published on the TSF website, with audio support, on the issue of the “State of Education” report.

24th Annual CiCea International Conference 2023 / 2nd Joint Conference with CitEdEv and 2-day Student Research Conference

The 2023 CiCea / CitEdEV conference will take place at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, May 24-27 in Madrid, Spain. The schedule includes the Student Research Conference, with the theme “Strengthening Citizenship Education in Times of Conflict” that will take place over a two-day span (24 and 25) to be followed by the Main Conference (from the afternoon of the 25th to noon on the 27th).

Research Practice in the Master’s Degree in Cognitive Science and Education

On the 16th of January, the students of the Master’s Degree in Cognitive Science and Education visited the laboratory of the School of Psychology and Life Sciences of the Lusófona University during the class of the UC Brain, Mind and Education taught by Professors Jorge Oliveira and Lucimar Dantas. The visit is part of the connection between teaching and research present in the MCCE and, in this specific case, in the research project A língua que habito, o mundo que construo: ensino de língua portuguesa e desenvolvimento de competências em países da comunidade lusófona (PE-CEIED-3/001/2022).

RePeME project presented at NOVA University of Lisbon

The researcher Teresa Teixeira Lopo was the keynote speaker, on January 13, of the Cycle of Conferences 2022/2023 of NOVAMEdS – Master in Education Studies of the NOVA University of Lisbon.
