UNESCO Chair renewed until 2026
CeiED informs that the UNESCO Chair “Education, Citizenship and Cultural Diversity”, after going through a complex evaluation process, has just been renewed by UNESCO until 2026.
Interview with Professor António Teodoro in the news program “CNN Hoje” on CNN Portugal
On March 9, at 10.30 am, Professor António Teodoro, Director of the Institute of Education, was interviewed by journalist Ana Guedes Rodrigues on the news programme CNN Hoje. Professor Teodoro had the opportunity to analyse the educational moment, calling for important steps to be taken by the Government in order to respond to the very just demands of teachers and educators (with emphasis on combating precariousness and counting time of service for career progress in teaching).

Professor Carla Galego, a lecturer at the Lusófona University and a researcher at CeiED, has just been included in the Standing Committee of the World Council of Comparative Education Societies (WCCES).

Cadernos de Sociomuseologia is now included in the “Scopus” database, one of the largest platforms for indexing and citation of scientific literature in the world. From now on, the articles published in this journal will be more easily accessible and widely disseminated, contributing to a greater visibility and international recognition of sociomuseological publications.
