CeiED and IE 2018 dinner
On the 20th of December a dinner was organized by the team of the Interdisciplinary Research Centre for Education and Development and the Institute of Education of the Lusophone University of Humanities and Technologies of Lisbon.
FCT – Individual Call to Scientific Employment Stimulus (CEEC) 2018
The second edition of the Scientific Employment Stimulus (CEEC) 2018 envisages the hiring of 300 researchers (junior, assistant, principal and coordinating). PhD holders in all scientific fields can apply to carry out their scientific research or technological development activity in Portugal, integrated in R&D units funded by FCT. Applications will run until February 20, 2019.

Between the 28th and 30th of November 2018, the eighth edition of the FORGES Conference – Forum for the Management of Higher Education in the Countries and Regions of Portuguese Language, was held at the Polytechnic Institute of Lisbon, with the theme “The role of quality assurance in management of higher education “.
Participation of CeiED Researcher Elsa Estrela – 6th World Curriculum Studies Conference
The 6th World Curriculum Studies Conference was held between 10 and 12 December at the Faculty of Education, University of Melbourne, Australia. This conference had 3 Keynotes, 3 panels, 15 symposia and about 128 individual communications, with more than 200 researchers from 32 different nationalities participating.
