Participation of the Department of Museology in the II International Meeting of Archives, Libraries and Museums
On the 16th, 17th and 18th November, it happened the II International Meeting of Archives, Libraries and Museums, held at the University of Porto, under the theme “from syncretism to integration”. The event, organized through the international cooperation agreement between the University of Porto and the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA), was attended by Prof. Doctor Adel Igor Pausini and master degree student Maria Luisa Moita from the Department of Museology at Universidade Lusófona.
I Seminar Evaluate and differentiate to include
On the 19th of November, the seminar “Evaluating and differentiating to include” took place in Lagoa, in the Azores, which included a workshop entitled “Pedagogical Evaluation: assumptions and practices that promote inclusion”, promoted by the CeiED Post-Doctoral researcher Louise Lima and Professor Cristiana Madureira (Higher School of Education and Social Sciences of the Polytechnic Institute of Leiria, Portugal). It was a moment full of reflections and perspectives on inclusion based on the potential of pedagogical evaluation in the co-construction of a more inclusive school.
Specialisation Seminar of the Master Degree in School Social Intervention
On 17 November, the researchers Vítor Teodoro and Teresa Teixeira Lopo participated in the Specialisation Seminar of the Master’s Degree in School Social Intervention of the ESECB/IPCB in articulation with the Training Centre of the Alto Tejo School Association – Castelo Branco (training action for teachers), with the theme “The change of the education systems and the PISA discourses”.
Training action within the Erasmus + project, LTTA | STEAMing up the sustainability with Sustainable Development Goals
Last week, from 7 to 11 November, researchers Carla Galego and Lucimar Dantas, participated in a training action that took place in Letterkenny, Ireland, under the Erasmus + project, LTTA | STEAMing up the sustainability with Sustainable Development Goals. Throughout this week were shared practical and innovative activities in the teaching of programmatic content in the context of Sustainable Development Goals.
Experiences of popular education: an account from Porto of the democratic transition
On October 27th 2022 took place the first colloquium of the Cycle 25 de Abril 50 Anos: Olhar o Passado, Pensar o Futuro, of the Observatory of Education and Training Policies (CeiED-U.Lusófona and CES-U.Coimbra). Hosted by the Aljube Museum of Resistance and Freedom and facilitated by Inês Vieira (Op.Edu/CeiED), in this first meeting we talked about “Experiences of Popular Education: The Study Centre Education and Culture” (C.E.E.C., Porto) with José Ferreira, member of C.E.E.C. during the democratic transition period.
